AROMATHERAPY CABIN

The healing effects of fragrances were already known and used by ancient Egyptians. Aromatherapy rediscovered these effects and successfully utilizes this gift of nature, as essential oils, extracted from the roots, leaves, petals or saps of fauna. (One of the most expensive oils is rose oil. To get half of a kilogram worth of oil, you need nearly 1 ton of rose petals.)

In the aromatherapy cabins you can enjoy the proven healing effects of these essential oils, relaxing at a comfortable temperature and humidity. The scented vapors not only exert their effects through the nose, but are also “inhaled” through the pores of the skin.
There are many types of evaporators, from simple to automated ones. Our evaporators are the best of the Germany industry. They work modestly, quietly and almost invisibly. Oils have a relaxing, invigorating, antispasmodic or germicidal effects on the body and soul.

Exercise caution, when handling fragrance agents. Too much of some oils can cause headaches or nausea, and some can cause allergic reactions. And do not lubricate it undiluted as it may damage your skin!

Finnish sauna

The most well-known and most widespread form of the Finnish sauna is a built-in, wood-fired or electric-stove room, where you can sweat undisturbed, in a bath towel, swimwear or naked, alone or in large numbers at low humidity, but high temperature. The effective sauna lasts for a total of two hours. The sweating passage, closed with one cooling phase and resting, should not exceed 10-15 minutes. The positive, health-promoting effect of sweating occurs after 1-2 times of regular use per week. At the end of the sauna, the cooling bath will strengthen the blood vessels.

Salt cabin

A certain amount of salt brick or piece salt (96.6% pure salt, crystalline salt) should be installed in the room, either along the walls or in some kind of shapes. The goal is that, with proper humidity, a special microclimate is created that can help alleviate chronic respiratory diseases symptoms. It is also a pleasant curing environment for children, as it can be used without contraindication, indefinitely, and out of sight. Salt therapy requires patience!

There are no spectacular, immediate signs of the effect, a “miracle happened, I am healed” exclamation may require a 12 to 18 day cure, sometimes with several repetitions.

In case of respiratory problems

Cures and removes all respiratory diseases (asthma, infectious asthma, allergic infectious asthma, acute or asthmatic bronchitis, tonsillitis and recurrent pharyngitis, pulmonary dilatation, respiratory failure, angina, chest disorders or post-operative treatment).

In order for the salt to reach the most occluded part of the lungs, it has to be very tiny and mostly dry, so a machine (speleo-generator) has been developed that dries the salt crystals, disintegrates them into micron particles, and spreads them in the air.

In this form, salt is most effective in curing respiratory diseases!

The ProfiSonic salt generator is a product that is used in medicine as well. With special salt water, using ultrasonic technology, salt aerosol is produced, which by inhalation cleans the lungs and respiratory tract from deposits, thus relieving respiratory complaints, allergic symptoms and detoxification. INFRARED SAUNA, INNER HEAT THERAPY CABIN

The effect of an infrared sauna is different from that of a Finnish sauna. Here, infrared rays penetrate 4-6mm below the surface of the skin, where they loosen slag and toxins under the skin and then help clear them through the sweat glands. This type of sauna is also used in sports for muscle injuries.

The infrared sauna speeds up metabolism, restricts the growth of pathogenic bacteria and viruses, and stimulates healthy body parts and organs to become more active. The body's self-healing process begins and resistance improves. The beneficial effects of the infrared sauna for various illnesses are supported by a number of medical publications. It has an excellent analgesic effect: it can be used to relieve and cure chronic inflammations (facial, forehead, pelvic inflammation), rheumatism, gout, sciatica, muscle spasms, neck, shoulder and back pain caused by muscle stiffness.

The infrared heater mounted behind the wall covering (heat-sealed aluminum extruded between plastic films, between two high-quality multilayer plastic films), covers the entire surface for even infrared spread.

Opposite electric currents due to the bent heat conductor prevent electro-smog from forming, so that those who are sensitive to it can also enjoy the benefits of the infrared sauna.

STEAMER / STEAM BATHS

According to research, steam baths have been used for thousands of years. In ancient times it was part of the ritual purification of the body and soul. Later it lost popularity, but it is at its peak again. Steam baths can be carried out in a room with a temperature of 35-50oC and 100% humidity. These rooms are called steam baths, steam rooms, steamers.

In a steam bath, sweating occurs very quickly and due to the high humidity, the sweat cannot evaporate, causing heat congestion. This is a heavy strain on the heart and blood circulation, so even healthy people can only stay in for 10-15 minutes and patients can only take it with medical order. The body heated in the steam bath should be gradually cooled down in a lukewarm and then cool bath followed by at least 30 minutes of rest.

SUN TERRACE

Our sunbathing terrace, built in 2016, offers a soothing and unique view of the magnificent Archbishops Garden. In the summer, there is nothing more pleasant than getting out of the water, escaping the heat, resting under the dense foliage of trees, in the background with the chirping of birds. On our terrace we are waiting for our guests with cool drinks during the day, pleasant music programs in the evening and a bar.

The terrace is also suitable for smaller events, weddings, team building and family events.
